We try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so it is usually not possible to change or cancel your order. However, our customer service will help you in an emergency.

Yes, you can see the products you have ordered until now under the menu item "Orders" in your customer account. To do this, log in to your customer account. If you do not have an account yet, you can register here. The item statistics will then be available for all your new orders.

Please contact us using the contact formula or by calling us and we will be happy to help you find the product or an alternative. The quickest way for us to find the product is if you have an item number, for example.

The online shop and other services are available to you online around the clock. We are still happy to accept telephone orders within our business hours if required.

In the shop, you can create a separate customer account for each of your practices. If you do not yet have a customer account for the desired practice, you can create one here.

Registration

As an online shop for the dental trade, we may only supply dental professionals (including dentists and dental laboratories) in quantities customary in practice. We cannot deliver to non-specialists or private individuals in the sense of §13 BGB (German Civil Code). We reserve the right to check new registrations for this purpose. For this reason, registration is a prerequisite before the first order. Guest orders are not possible.

Simply register by selecting the figure in the top right-hand corner and then clicking on "Register". Please note that you can only register as a company and not as a private person. We check every registration. If you are already a customer and would like to register now, please contact our customer service so that they can create a link to your customer account.

Shipping and delivery

If you order Monday to Thursday by up to 12 o'clock and Friday up to 10 o'clock, we usually ship all items that can be delivered immediately on the same day. Delivery takes place Monday - Friday by 6 pm. If an item is not immediately available, it may take 6 - 12 days for the item to be dispatched. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number of the shipping company for each order by email. Alternatively, you can also find the shipment number in your customer account under the menu item Orders.

Within Germany we ship all orders with UPS for 6.90 € plus VAT / per package.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number of the delivery service for each package by e-mail. Alternatively, you can also find the tracking number for each order in your customer account under the menu item Orders.

All products that we have in stock will of course be sent out immediately. If we need to reorder something, we will send you the materials as soon as possible in a second delivery.

As we process your order as quickly as possible, it is usually no longer possible to change the delivery address afterwards. If you would like to change the delivery address for future orders, you can do so in your customer account.

The delivery note is enclosed with every order. If you can no longer find a delivery note, you can find it in your customer account under the menu item Orders.

You can manage your addresses in the customer account under the item delivery addresses.

Yes, express shipping within Germany costs 10,18€/ per package. The total cost is visible in the shopping cart when placing the order.

Payment and invoice

Currently you can choose between the following payment methods: Paypal, prepayment, bank transfer, direct debit, purchase on account

Your invoice will be sent to the email address you have registered with us when the goods are dispatched. A separate e-mail address can be stored for sending the invoice.

For logistical reasons, we send a new invoice with each replacement delivery. If you have already paid for the item, your customer account will automatically be balanced. If you are not sure how much is outstanding on your account, please contact us.

Simply log in to your hinz customer account. In your customer account under the item "Orders" you can call up each invoice again. To do this, select the corresponding order. Click on "Transaction number" to open the corresponding invoice.

Customer account

Yes, you can also order by telephone. However, you will not be able to enjoy the benefits of the customer account, such as managing addresses, retrieving invoices, viewing your purchase history.

You can request a new password. If you are no longer sure which e-mail address you used to register, please contact our customer service.

Return

1. the delivery must not be older than 14 days. 2. return requests or complaints (complaints about obvious defects: Delivered quantity / goods deviate from the delivery note or visible damage) shall be reported within 7 days after receipt and before further use of the goods to Dr. Hinz Dental team within 7 days after receipt and before further use of the goods. 3. In the event of transport damage, the delivery note acknowledged by the forwarding agent / parcel service shall also be submitted. 4. Hidden defects shall be reported immediately after their discovery. 5. returns must be in a flawless, unused new condition. 6. the original manufacturer's packaging must be intact and must not be labelled. (Exceptions: Damaged item / package, hidden defects) 7. the goods may only be returned with a completed return note. 8. if the above points are not met, the goods must be returned in the original condition. 8. After receipt of the order, the goods will be delivered in up to 10 working days, subject to product availability. Otherwise, the delivery time is up to 14 days.

You already have a hinz customer account: Then you can easily register your return in your customer account under the item ""Orders"" via your account. You do not have a hinz customer account: Then please contact our customer service.

The continuing significant price increases for raw materials, energy and transport are accompanied by supply bottlenecks and short-term changes in conditions on the part of suppliers. In order for us to be able to provide you with our range of products with the usual high quality as reliably as possible in this challenging market environment, price adjustments have to be made. Knowing that you are also confronted with the current economic conditions, we ask for your understanding for this unavoidable measure.
